bdjil Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User") and bdjil ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all use of the bdjil website, games, betting services, promotional offers, payment processing and customer support services available at bdjil.ws.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the bdjil platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

These Terms apply to all features of the bdjil platform including but not limited to account creation, login, deposits, withdrawals, game play (live casino, cricket betting, slots, crash games, fish shooting), bonus redemption, promotional participation and customer support interactions. Use of any single feature of the platform constitutes acceptance of the whole of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the bdjil platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Documentary proof of age may be requested at any time during account verification or withdrawal processing.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporations, trusts, partnerships and other legal entities may not open a bdjil account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or affiliate of bdjil or any of its software or payment providers, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must register using accurate, current and complete information. All details provided — including your name, date of birth, mobile number and payment method ownership — must be truthful and your own.
• You must not hold more than one bdjil account. Any player found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

bdjil reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible player may register exactly one account on the bdjil platform. The registration process requires you to provide a valid mobile phone number, a secure password and accurate personal information. By submitting your registration, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate and complete.

• Your account login credentials (mobile number and password) are personal to you. You must not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. bdjil accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you failed to maintain reasonable security of your login credentials.
• You must notify bdjil immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bdjil reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. You agree to provide any documents reasonably requested, including a government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• bdjil may decline a registration application at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

bdjil accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise deal with your account or any interest in it.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the bdjil platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bdjil supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name — bdjil does not permit third-party deposits or withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bdjil does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, but reserves the right to apply account-level limits during identity verification periods.
• Deposits credited to your bdjil account are intended for gaming use on the bdjil platform and may not be used for any other purpose.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification. bdjil targets withdrawal processing within minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• bdjil reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering or other prohibited activity is suspected. bdjil may freeze the associated account pending investigation.
• Funds deposited to bdjil are not held in a segregated player funds account. In the event of insolvency, deposited funds may not be protected as a priority claim. Players are encouraged to maintain balances appropriate to their gaming activity.

Any transaction fees imposed by your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) in connection with a deposit or withdrawal are the responsibility of the player. bdjil does not surcharge transactions but cannot waive fees imposed by third-party payment networks.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdjil offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of bdjil and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through multiple accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• bdjil reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings generated from it if there is evidence that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or through abuse of the promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash equivalent unless the wagering requirement has been satisfied.

6. Responsible Gaming

bdjil is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools and policies are in place to support all players:

• Players may request deposit limits to cap the amount they can deposit over a defined period (daily, weekly or monthly). Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Players may request a temporary time-out (cool-down) period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, the player's account is suspended and no deposits or game play are possible.
• Players who feel they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Once confirmed, self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months. bdjil will use reasonable technical measures to enforce the exclusion across its platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjil platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorist activity or conduct any transaction that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on the platform.
• Opening or operating more than one bdjil account, or opening an account on behalf of another person.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers, including through chip dumping or coordinated betting patterns.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name, or depositing funds on behalf of another player.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, defamatory or harassing toward bdjil staff or other players via the platform's communication channels.

bdjil monitors platform activity and employs fraud-detection systems. Any attempt to circumvent these systems is itself a prohibited activity and may be reported to law-enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the bdjil platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of bdjil or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way any content from the bdjil platform without the prior written consent of bdjil. Any unauthorised use of bdjil's intellectual property may give rise to legal proceedings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdjil's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdjil expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by network outages, maintenance periods, technical failures or events outside bdjil's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the bdjil platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or outdated.
• Consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages of any kind, even if bdjil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits bdjil's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

bdjil reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which account action may be taken include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bdjil.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or collusion.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made under the responsible gaming self-exclusion policy.

Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, bdjil reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, pending withdrawals and accrued bonus amounts. Where account closure is initiated by the player or occurs for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11. Privacy

bdjil collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at bdjil.ws/privacy-policy. By registering for a bdjil account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdjil will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and responsible gaming compliance.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bdjil reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdjil will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on account. The updated Terms will be published at bdjil.ws/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the bdjil platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the revised Terms take effect.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bdjil platform that cannot be resolved informally through bdjil's customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. bdjil will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 14 business days. bdjil operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently.
